Fitness with Ed specializes in unique group exercise courses such as Zumba ( a latin music exercise class), Oriental Sword (which safely teaches sword fighting), Cardio Boxing, Kickboxing, two different types of Body Sculpting, Tai Chi, and a Boys' Kickboxing class.

Shirli Nikolsburg has created the Sign, Sing and Play class to teach parents and their pre-verbal children (8 - 24 months) how to use the American Sign Language through a natural multi-sensory method. The class incorporates music, movement, play and stories. You and your child will use creative props to enhance cognitive and motor skills development, promote interaction and communication, and to enjoy play and music making.
